Chandrabose

Sri. Chandrabose


Chandrabose is an Indian lyricist who writes songs for Tollywood films. He was also a playback singer at the start of his motion picture career.He has won a number of awards as best lyricist.


Chandrabose is from the village of Challagariga in Warangal district, Telangana, in Andhra Pradesh, where he completed high school. He earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.

He has written music for 520 movies to date, with over 1500 songs to his name. Early in his career, he tried working as a singer in Doordarshan, without success. He then decided to switch to working as a lyricist.

His friend Srinath, who suggested the change, introduced him to the director Muppalaneni Siva. Siva had already directed Gharana Alludu and was starting production on Taj Mahal. Music director M. M. Sreelekha helped him with his first movie song, "Manchu Kondalloni Chandramaa", in 1995.

Chandrabose married Suchitra, a choreographer in the Telugu film industry

Ramachary's musical journey started at a very young age when he used to accompany his father, a Harikatha artist, for his concerts in various villages. Blessed with a mellifluous voice which is smooth as silk, He learnt carnatic classical music from Kumari. Oruganti Leelavathi garu and light music from Shri P.V.Sai Baba garu.

He burnt midnight oil to complete training in music as well as graduation. He went on to do his B.Ed from Osmania University. Through these years, he won many accolades for his rendition of devotional songs and light music in Radio and T V shows.

Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi

Sri. Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi

Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi(born 10 November 1978), also known as Krish is an Indian film director, in the Telugu film industry. He made his directorial debut in 2008 with Gamyam and followed it up with Vedam in 2010, with both the films garnering widespread critical acclaim and fetching him the Nandi Award and Filmfare Award for Best Director. He is the first Telugu director who won for his first two films Filmfare Award for Best Director.

Sirasri (born C Ram Srikanth on 6 April 1979) is an Indian poet, author, lyricist and a film critic. He writes songs for Telugu films. As a film critic, he wrote reviews for Telugu films in a popular Telugu website, Greatandhra till 2010.

C Ram Srikanth was born in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. After schooling and graduation in Eluru and Machilipatnam, he completed MBA from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. With an affinity towards Telugu, he did Masters in Telugu literature from Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad.

Geetha Madhuri

Geetha Madhuri, born to Prabhakar Sastry and Lakshmi, is a South Indian playback singer. She has recorded several songs in Telugu.

Early life: She is the only daughter of her parents who are from Godavari districts and moved to Hyderabad when Geetha was very young. Her father Prabhakar Sastry works for the State Bank of Hyderabad. She initially trained under Smt. Kochharlakota Padmavati and Kiran Bedwa. She learnt light music from Ramachari, who was a finalist on a TV reality singing competition.

Career: Geetha Madhuri's first recording was for Kulasekhar's film Premalekha Rasa, unfortunately the film has not been released. Although she sang for few movies before Chiruta, it was the song Chamka Chamka from Chiruta which got her recognition. She was suffering from a bad cold and sore throat during the recording of Chamka Chamka but it turned out to be the best song of her career.

Sahiti G is a South Indian playback singer. She has recorded several songs in Telugu both in movies and albums. Sahiti first learnt the basics of Carnatic music under her mentor Shri Tirupathi Gopala Krishna but it is her uncle jogarao from whom she learnt how to sing.

She was in top 8 in ETV's singer's challenge show Sye (2007)

She won the regional version of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa - Voice of Youth by Zee Telugu in 2008

She was one of the 12 finalists in the first season of Sony TV's singing reality show X Factor India (2011)

She is in Super Singer Spicy Series 7 on MAA TV
