This Dance is performed by the backward class of the Umji and Indravelli forest areas of Utnoor Taluk of adilabad District of Andhra Pradesh. They dance for the occasions of Krishna Astami and Sriramanavami. Men and women dance together in many occasions of their life. They are even called as Koppu Lambadis because of their unique hair style. The musical instruments that they use for the dance are Sutta, Tasha, Nagara and Dappu.

This is the choreographic form of folk dance. The followers and Tribals living in forest is giving a salutation to the Mother Forest for blessing them with beautiful Natural resources like Pure wind, Water, Medicines and Vegetables. These tribals live in the eastern mountainous regions of Andhra Pradesh known as Eastern ghats. They love the animals and trees around them and they sing songs in praise of the local deity Adavithalli and dance to the rhythm of music. When the harvest comes the Farmers with the enthusiasm of yielding their crops perform this dance. The dance depicts the total drama of Farming. This is one of the most enchanting Dances with beautiful rhythm and costumes. Male and Female dance together which starts slowly but ends up with vigorous dance. Lambadis are tribals who are also known as Sengalis and Banjaras. They are the migrants from Rajasthan. The Lambadi women wear red colorful dress with lots of mirror work on the dress. They wear ivory bangles and innumerable silver coated ornaments. The Dance performed by them are very vigorous. The language in which the songs are sung is derived from Lambadi Dialect. They worship Krishna and Rama. They dance and sing for each and every occasion of their life. The Males play Dappu and some time even dance with female.
