Vaibhav Parikh is the head of the firm’s Technology Law practice at Nishith Desai Associates, a global Legal & Tax Counseling firm. He has a wide range of experience in corporate and technology transactions. He has advised several Private Equity and Venture Capital funds in their investments specifically in technology and media industry. He has also advised several companies in their acquisitions as well as startup companies in setting up their operations and raising finance. His practice also includes advising on intellectual property and negotiation of contracts. He is in charge of industry focus group for IT, Telecom, and Media and also handles a team of engineers for drafting patents. He has been nominated as one of the world's leading practitioners in "Who's Who of Regulatory Communications Lawyers since 2005". He has also authored several papers and lectured at several prestigious gatherings on worldwide basis. He has also been acknowledged as a highly recommended lawyer in Intellectual Property, a Global Counsel Handbook, published by the Practical Law Company for the past three years. He was selected to represent NASSCOM at WTO symposium at Geneva for presenting a paper on ‘Movement of Natural Persons’ in 2001. Manju Kalidindi’s practice is limited to Immigration Law, with the focus primarily on Employment and Family based immigration. The firm represents corporate and individual immigration clients in complex and routine areas of Immigration and Nationality Law. She has represented clients engaged in various fields such as Information Technology, Medical, Arts & Entertainment, Engineering, Fashion, Research, Finance, Pharmaceutical and Religious.
She has contributed numerous immigration related articles to various publications and has been a speaker on Immigration Law both in South Florida as well as India. Voluntary activities include being a Mentor to law students at St. Thomas University School of Law; mentor to newer practitioners of Immigration Law. Her Pro Bono work with the Legal Aid of Broward County involves representing victims of Domestic Violence in front of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Ms. Kalidindi is co-founder of My Law Tools.com, a web-based application for Family Law Attorneys. She is a member of the following:

Charles Weeks, Vice President of New Business Development for Outback International has over 30 years of franchise and international business experience primarily in foodservice franchising and operations with a broad background in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. He has held the key senior international development executive roles for major U.S. ‘themed’ and ‘quick service’ restaurant chains including his current role with Outback Steakhouse, and formerly with A&W “All American Food”, Church's Chicken, Long John Silver’s, Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits, Pizza Hut, and Foster’s Hollywood Restaurants in Europe.
He has outstanding cross-cultural adaptation abilities with fluency in Spanish, broad-based international experience, and a valuable network of business contacts secured while residing and/or working in 24 countries.
Mr. Weeks has performed as an instructor for the International Franchise Institute of Nova Southeastern University, the Francisco Marroquín University of Guatemala, the Julio Gravito School of Engineering of Bogotá, Colombia, and for the IFA. He is an alumnus of the Thunderbird School of Global Management. |
Ali Ansari |
Mr. Ansari has been involved exclusively in the field of Forensic Accounting since 1998. He has worked extensively with brokerage firms, Hedge Funds, financial regulatory agencies and Law Firms focusing on forensic accounting, measurement of economic damages, BSA/AML compliance, regulatory compliance and litigation support. He has been engaged extensively in many cases involving asset and expense tracing, M&A valuations and due diligence, white-collar crime investigations, whistleblower cases, anti-money laundering and risk management.
Additionally, Ali is an accomplished speaker in Forensic Accounting to various groups like Bar Associations, JM Group, AICPA, British Petroleum, The Economist Magazine’s, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Euro-Finance Conference, Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and a guest lecturer at Florida Atlantic University. He also appeared bi-weekly on ‘Ask an Expert’ TV show geared for the Chicago market on taxes, investments, pensions and financial & estate planning from 1993-1996.
Ali has provided expert testimony, reports & analysis in excess of 250 cases before arbitration & mediation panels and courts. He has created sophisticated proprietary portfolio hedging techniques and analysis that were used in more than 40 Securities related cases. Additionally, he has provided support and analysis for over 150 other litigation, whistleblower, white collar crimes, court appointed receiverships, asset tracings and various other consulting engagements in M&A, economic analysis, business valuations, fraud prevention and detection, review and setting up of Internal controls, compliance and Regulatory investigations.
Ali serves as a Director of the Board of India-US Chamber of Commerce, and Executive Committee Chairman of TiE Florida, and served as a Vice President and Director of the Board for the South Florida Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally, he serves in the Advisory Board for 2 companies along with providing financial mentoring services at the portfolio companies of Enterprise Development Corporation. |
